Most of what we do can be done from your kitchen table. We train volunteers to spot election misinformation, run monitoring shifts in the weeks before Election Day, and connect people with the state partners who need extra hands.
What volunteering looks like
Monitoring shifts
After a short training, join a recurring remote shift watching social platforms for false information about voting rules, poll locations, and ballot procedures — and flag what you find so it can be answered fast.
Trainings
Live sessions on how election misinformation spreads, how to respond without amplifying it, and what the threats look like in specific states this cycle.
Election Day coverage
Extra hands on and around Election Day, remote and, where partners need it, in person.
Attorneys
Lawyers can also join through our partners Lawyers for Good Government and We the Action, which recruit volunteer attorneys into our monitoring program.
You do not need to be a lawyer, and you do not need to live in a priority state. Tell us where you are and how much time you have, and we will find the right fit.
